MÖV Classic
This foundational hot yoga standing series combines focused breathwork with longer posture holds to help strengthen mind and body. This sequence is a set, predictable series that is consistent across instructors and accessible for all levels. We offer this format in a 45-minute class as well as a 60-minute class, with and without music, which is always indicated on our schedule. Try this class if you like the predictability of a set sequence with minimal flowing postures, along with a hot and humid studio environment.

MÖV Flow
MÖV Flow is a powerful vinyasa practice linking breath with postures that build throughout class. Instructors get to flex their creativity by making unique sequences that vary from teacher to teacher, so expect something different every time you step on your mat. Some yoga experience is recommended but not required, as flow instructors always offer modifications and variations to support different experience levels. Try this class if you’re a heat seeker who loves learning new postures and flowing to the beat.

MÖV Fit
MÖV Fit combines foundational yoga postures with strengthening exercises to target and condition specific muscle groups. This is a more aerobic class that relies on body weight and resistance movements to build strength, and is creatively sequenced by each individual instructor. It’s offered in a 45-minute class as well as a 60-minute class, which is always indicated on our schedule. Try this format if you want to dial up the intensity of your yoga practice with weight-free, low-impact exercises that push both mind and body.

MÖV Candlelight Restorative
MÖV Candlelight Restorative is an all-levels class that invites students to relax and unwind. With minimal weight-bearing postures incorporated, this class is truly focused on stretching and slowing down. It’s offered in both our hot room (heated only enough to help your body melt onto the mat), as well as our barre room (~75 degrees). Either way, you’ll access a dreamy meditative state. Class is creatively sequenced by each individual instructor and set against calming music. Try this format to decompress and journey inward.

MÖV Barre
MÖV Barre is a challenging, full-body workout that combines the best of pilates core exercises, dancer’s barre work, upper-body strength building, and even some yoga postures. Class is creatively sequenced by each individual instructor and set against upbeat music that will get you in the mood to move. And every class starts and ends with savasana – a resting posture – to ensure movement is rooted in mindfulness. Try this format if you want a fast-paced, unheated workout amplified by weights and props.

MÖV Intro to Hot Yoga
If you’re new to yoga or want a safe and supportive way to acclimate to the practice, our Intro to Hot Yoga series is a great place to start! Designed for beginners, this class covers the fundamentals of hot yoga, foundational postures, and breath work. We break things down slowly with extra cues so you can get used to practicing in the heat, and feel more successful in your practice. Right now we’re offering this class on weekends.

MÖV Ashtanga
If you enjoy flow, our MÖV Ashtanga class might be a nice complement to your routine. While the order and variations of poses alternate in vinyasa, ashtanga follows a set sequence of poses performed in the same order each time. This traditional practice is an excellent way to connect with your breath and body, and examine new aspects of familiar postures each week. Try this class if you like a deep sweat, as well as some predictability.
