Booking a guest is easy through our app (please make sure you are using version 8.101.1 or newer):

• STEP 1: Open the MÖV branded app and click the “Book” option as you normally would to book a class:

• STEP 2:  Find the class you would like to book, select the class, then select “Book Your Spot.”

• STEP 3: Find the spot where you would like to book your guest and hit “Book”.  A pop-up will show up at the bottom of the branded app with “Booking Options.”

• STEP 4: Next to your name, tap to expand the drop-down menu.

• STEP 5: Once expanded, find the “Who are you booking for?” prompt at the top and select the option “A guest.”

• STEP 6: You will be prompted to fill out the First Name and Last Name of your guest. Once this is complete, select “Continue,” then hit “Confirm Booking.”

Congrats, you have successfully booked your guest using a valid guest credit!

You can also book your guest after you’ve booked the class for yourself. To do this, click on the class you already booked, then tap “+Book A Guest” at the top. From here, complete steps 5-6 listed above.
