Simpson House: February Volunteer Event
Join us at Simpson House, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting and advocating for people experiencing homelessness, to cook and serve meals to the community. Any MÖV student is welcome to join us to connect with fellow yogis and community members.
Harmony & Healing: A Restorative Sound Experience
You'll be guided through gentle, restorative poses against a backdrop of singing bowls. Several of the guides are also Certified Massage Therapists and will offer therapeutic touch throughout the experience. This class also includes an extended Savasana with guided meditation and optional chanting.
Heated Mat Pilates Pop-Up (February)
Join Courtney for a mat pilates class. She'll lead you through an amazing core workout that targets the mind, body, and soul. You'll learn to move from your center, focus on your breath, and connect to yourself in a whole new way. This class is open to all levels, so grab a friend and try something new together!

Your Own Determination Workshop (January 2026)
Your Own Determination (YOD) Yoga is a powerful fusion of yoga, strength, and HIIT, designed to challenge your body, center your mind, and connect you to your inner strength.
Sound Bath Restorative (January 2026)
Join Jennifer for a healing candlelight restorative class complete with a sound bath. You'll be guided through some gentle restorative postures to begin, then you'll shift into your meditative practice as Jen fills the room with the sounds of her singing bowls.

Vision & Intention Workshop with Brandyn Negri
Join guest teacher Brandyn Negri for a 90-minute guided workshop blending reflection, clarity, and creativity. You’ll be led through a thoughtful process to identify what matters most to you and then translate that into a personal vision board you can return to throughout the year.
108 Sun Salutations Flow and Sound Bath
Celebrate the New Year with Jennifer and Vie on January 1st at 6-7:30p for a powerful, 120-minute class dedicated to the transformative energy of 108 Sun Salutations. After the flow, unwind and restore with deeply-nourishing restorative yoga postures and a mini sound bath.

Winter Solstice Silent MÖV Classic
Join Erika for a silent version of our beloved MÖV Classic. This class will be mostly silent and taught with minimal instructor cueing, inviting you to turn inward, move with intention, and build confidence in your personal practice.

Stop by on Sunday, 12/14, any time from 9am-1pm for a holiday market featuring beautiful goods and tasty treats from our local makers. This is a perfect opportunity to do some holiday shopping while supporting small and local business owners.

Inversion Workshop (October)
During this 90-minute workshop you’ll explore your inversion practice and learn the foundational building blocks for going upside down. You’ll try on a handful of inversion postures with the wall as your bumper, and plenty of hands-on assistance from MÖV instructors.
