Hot Pilates Pop-Up
Join Courtney for a hot pilates class. She'll lead you through an amazing core workout that targets the mind, body, and soul. You'll learn to move from your center, focus on your breath, and connect to yourself in a whole new way. This class is open to all levels, so grab a friend and try something new together!
Sound Bath Restorative (May 2026)
Join us for a healing candlelight restorative class complete with a sound bath. You'll be guided through gentle restorative postures to begin, then you'll shift into your meditative practice as the room fills with the sounds of singing bowls.

Join us on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 5-7 pm at our on-site marketplace and cafe for social nights: a themed evening that usually involves, crafting, creativity, and connection. Feel free to socialize or enjoy some quiet with community.

Thai Yoga Massage Workshop
Explore the fundamentals of Thai Yoga Massage in this guided, hands-on, 90-minute workshop. Blending assisted stretching, acupressure, and mindful movement, this practice supports relaxation, flexibility, and balanced energy flow. Led by an experienced massage therapist, you’ll learn foundational techniques step-by-step while working in pairs.

Yoga Nidra Pop-Up
Enjoy a deeply restorative yoga Nidra practice designed to help you pause, reflect, and plant the seeds of your intention for the season ahead. Through guided relaxation and subtle awareness, you'll settle into a calm, receptive state where your Sankulpa- your heartfelt intention-can arise with clarity. Leave feeling renewed, grounded, and gently aligned with the fresh energy of spring.

Join Sonya for a silent version of our beloved MÖV Classic. This class will be mostly silent and taught with minimal instructor cueing, inviting you to turn inward, move with intention, and build confidence in your personal practice.

MÖV Classic Singalong (April)
Join Melissa and Dave for our tried-and-true Classic standing series with a little sumthin’ extra. Class will feature a playlist that you’re encouraged to sing along with (singing is, of course, optional.)
Slow Flow Sound Bath (April)
Join Rebecca and Molly for a slow flow yoga class complete with a sound bath. You'll be guided through a leisurely flow, then you'll shift into your meditative practice as the room fills with the sounds of singing bowls.
75-min MÖV Classic with Breathwork (March)
Join Erika for a Classic class with breathwork. This 75-minute class follows our tried-and-true Classic series, and will be amplified with guided breathwork in honor of the equinox. Prepare to sweat, breath, and go inward as you welcome the change of seasons.
Spring Equinox 108 Sun Salutations (March)
Move through 108 Sun Salutations to clear the mind, energize the body, and welcome the balance of light and dark that the equinox represents. After the final round, we’ll slow down with 30 minutes of deeply nourishing restorative postures and a mini-sound bath so you can fully unwind and soak in the energy of the new season

Harmony & Healing: A Restorative Sound Experience
You'll be guided through gentle, restorative poses against a backdrop of singing bowls. Several of the guides are also Certified Massage Therapists and will offer therapeutic touch throughout the experience. This class also includes an extended Savasana with guided meditation and optional chanting.

108 Sun Salutations Flow and Sound Bath
Celebrate the New Year with Jennifer and Vie on January 1st at 6-7:30p for a powerful, 120-minute class dedicated to the transformative energy of 108 Sun Salutations. After the flow, unwind and restore with deeply-nourishing restorative yoga postures and a mini sound bath.
