**Terms and Conditions for MÖV Hot Yoga**

Welcome to MÖV Hot Yoga! We are delighted to have you join our community. Before you

participate in our classes, workshops, or other services, please review the following terms and

conditions carefully:

1. **Acceptance of Terms:** By accessing or using any services provided by MÖV Hot Yoga,

you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these

terms, you may not access our services.

2. **Registration:** To participate in our classes, workshops, or events, you may be required to

information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate,

current, and complete.

3. **Fees and Payments:** Payment for classes, workshops, or events must be made in full

prior to participation unless otherwise stated by MÖV Hot Yoga. We reserve the right to change

our pricing and fees at any time. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise determined

by MÖV Hot Yoga.

4. **Health and Safety:** Yoga and meditation classes involve physical activity. It is your

responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if you have any health concerns or

medical conditions. By participating, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with

physical activity and release MÖV Hot Yoga and its instructors from any liability for injuries or

damages resulting from your participation.

5. **Code of Conduct:** We strive to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all

participants. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner towards instructors and other

participants. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by MÖV Hot Yoga may result in

your removal from the premises or termination of services without refund.

6. **Cancellation Policy:** If you need to cancel your participation in a class, workshop, or event,

please do so within the specified time frame to avoid penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows

may result in forfeiture of fees paid.

7. **Intellectual Property:** All content provided by MÖV Hot Yoga, including but not limited to

class materials, videos, and instructional content, is the property of MÖV Hot Yoga and may not

be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

8. **Privacy Policy:** We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal

information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose

your information.

9. **Modification of Terms:** MÖV Hot Yoga reserves the right to modify or amend these terms

and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website

or notifying you via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes

your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. **Governing Law:** These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in

accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute arising out of or relating to

these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Minnesota.
