Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Join Cat and Linda on Sunday, February 16 from 6:30- 8:00 pm for the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation practice.

While you settle into long-hold poses designed to release tension and restore balance, a second instructor will circulate throughout the room, offering personalized Thai massage techniques. 

The combination of gentle stretches, acupressure, and bodywork will help you deepen relaxation, improve flexibility, and enhance circulation.
