Join Jennifer on Sunday, August 10 from 6:30-8 pm for special practice with singing bowls, restorative yoga postures, and an extensive rest in Savasana.
During this 90-minute session, light movement will gently open your body, preparing you to absorb the benefits of the singing bowls.
Feel free to bring extra blankets, yoga props, or a pillow if you want added support for longer holds.
