MÖV Classic Posture Workshop

In this 90-minute MÖV Classic Posture Workshop, we’ll slow down and take a closer look at the key postures from our Classic standing sequence. Rather than moving through the series as usual, we’ll break down individual poses to explore alignment, breath, muscular engagement, and the subtle actions that make each posture more stable and effective.

This workshop is designed to help you build confidence and awareness in the sequence by understanding not just what to do in each pose, but how and why. You’ll have time to ask questions, experiment with small adjustments, and learn practical techniques you can immediately apply the next time you take a Classic class. Perfect for students who enjoy the predictability of the Classic sequence and want to deepen their practice, refine their form, and feel more at ease in the postures.
