Join Lynnae on Saturday, March 8 at 1 pm for a MÖV Fit pop-up class with weights.
The session will blend foundational yoga and pilates postures with strengthening exercises designed to target and tone specific muscle groups. Expect a more aerobic workout using body weight and resistance movements to build strength.
This class will be held in our barre room and is a great way to intensify your yoga practice with weights and low-impact exercises.
