MÖV Fit with Weights (Sept)

Join Lynnae on September 1 from 2-3 pm for a special MÖV Fit class that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and revitalized!

Class will blend foundational yoga and pilates postures with strengthening exercises designed to target specific muscle groups. 

Held in our barre room, this class is unheated but will still be a more aerobic workout, so plan to sweat.
