Join us at Simpson House, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting and advocating for people experiencing homelessness, to cook and serve meals to the community. Any MÖV student is welcome to join us to connect with fellow yogis and community members. We will be serving lunch to 35-50 Simpson House guests.

All food is provided by MÖV, and a member of our teacher team organizes the event so they'll be with you during this two-hour commitment where you'll cook, serve, and take your work off the mat to support unmet community needs. This opportunity is a reminder that the work we do on our mat is for the good of all.

Simpson House is in the process of building a modern shelter, expected to be completed in the next couple of years. In the meantime all volunteer opportunities are located at a temporary location at 128 W 33rd St., Minneapolis, MN 55408.
