In this three-part series with Melissa, you'll learn barre basics to build strength, flexibility, and confidence, all in a supportive, fun environment.

Join her on Sunday February 2, 9, and 16, from 1:00-2:00 pm. 

Each week you'll focus on a different aspect of barre, including the foundations, strength and stability, and putting it all together.
