Explore the fundamentals of Thai Yoga Massage in this guided, hands-on, 90-minute workshop. Blending assisted stretching, acupressure, and mindful movement, this practice supports relaxation, flexibility, and balanced energy flow.
Led by, Cat, an experienced massage therapist, you’ll learn foundational techniques step-by-step while working in pairs. Each participant will partner with someone in the group, or you’re welcome to sign up with a friend or partner to work together. The session includes gentle stretches, rhythmic pressure using hands, elbows, and feet, and an introduction to working along the body’s energy lines (sen lines) to help release tension and improve circulation.
Our welcoming, calming environment is perfect for learning new skills while unwinding and connecting with others. Space is limited to 24 participants.
