Get back to balance as we welcome and celebrate spring in this special MÖV Classic class with Breathwork. This foundational hot yoga standing series will begin and end with focused breathwork, nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing, and will include longer posture holds to help strengthen the mind and body. This sequence is a set, predictable series that is consistent across instructors and accessible for all levels.
Try this class if you like the predictability of a set sequence with minimal flowing postures, along with a hot and humid studio environment.
