Join Lynnae on 11/8 from 1-2 pm for a MÖV Fit with weights that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and revitalized!
Class will blend foundational yoga and pilates postures with strengthening exercises and weighted activities designed to target specific muscle groups.
Held in our barre room, this class is unheated but will still be a more aerobic workout, so plan to sweat.
