Bridget’s classes are grounding and supportive – you get the feeling that she has your back the whole time. When she teaches, you can actually hear the smile in her voice. And she offers plenty of options and modifications in her classes so that everyone can find the most supportive version of their practice. 

How did you find your way to yoga?

I stumbled into my first yoga class 18 years ago and fell in love with the practice. I have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks since I was young. Yoga has helped me so much in learning how to breathe and move, and finding a mind-body-soul connection. It is a continuous journey and I am forever grateful for this practice.

What should we know about your background?

I have been teaching since 2020 and originally enrolled in teacher training to deepen my own personal practice with no intention of ever actually teaching. Once I completed my training, I couldn’t imagine my life not teaching!  

What do you do in your free time?

I’m an animal- and nature-loving vegan, and I hope to someday live off the grid by the ocean! I really love hiking, paddleboarding, spending time in nature, anime, reading (my favorite genres are horror/thriller!), and of course taking juicy yoga classe
