Daisy’s classes are upbeat and full of learning moments. Her extensive knowledge of the body, anatomy, and physical fitness makes each one of her barre classes an awesome (and educational!) experience. Her encouraging attitude carries you through class, and you’ll feel sweaty and satisfied by the time she’s done with you!
How did you find your way to yoga?
I’ve been a huge fitness fan since college and even remember the first barre class I experienced around 2016—I fell in love. Since then, I have experimented with many classes in studios and gyms, as well as online programs in barre.
what should we know about your background?
It all started with a step-fitness training in 2019, and I’ve built on that along the years. At that time, we were living in Wichita where I was teaching cycle and muscle pump, and then I felt inspired to pursue yoga training. Today, I’m happily teaching MÖV barre which is probably my favorite format because it combines elements of yoga and strength
what do you do in your free time?
I’m a mom of four and my kids are my main focus, but I love to escape every so often and coming to MÖV is the perfect getaway. I also love being outdoors when it’s nice, biking, running, paddle boarding, and reading in the hammock. Even when it’s not nice, I love to shovel snow and XC ski.
