Brooke’s classes are welcoming and energizing, and you’ll get a sense that she’s passionate about helping people feel empowered. Her sunny personality shines through, whether you’re flowing with her in a Vinyasa yoga class, or building strength and body awareness in her Fit class. Whatever the format, her hope is that you find a sense of fulfillment and fun together.
How did you find your way to yoga?
I started practicing yoga in 2014 when I was in college. I found that it was a great way to build community while also destressing and taking care of myself. I really started practicing consistently in 2017 when I was struggling with chronic health issues. Yoga was the one thing that allowed me to feel at peace with my body and mind, and that holds true to this day.
What should we know about your background?
Movement was a huge part of my healing journey and I knew I wanted to share my love and passion for it with others. I started by getting a group fitness certification in 2022. My journey kept bringing me back to yoga, so in 2024 I decided to get my 200 hour RYT and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made
What do you do in your free time?
I was a medical mystery for five years and saw over 50 different doctors. This journey led me to become extremely passionate about natural healing and holistic health. Outside of helping people feel strong and at peace with their bodies through yoga, I work as a health coach and have a podcast called Ivy Unleashed where we dive deep into all things healing.
