Studio Manager

Lisa has been working at the Studio since the summer of 2022. She heads up the operations of the studio and gives a warm welcome to new members of MÖV Hot Yoga. She has her finger on the pulse of all things MÖV and will likely be the first person you see when you walk through our doors. Her superpower is knowing everyone’s name and a little bit about each member. In a studio with over 350 members, that’s no small feat. On our lucky days, she brings her mini-me, Posy, to the studio to help at the front desk.

What is your favorite way to spend your free time/what makes you feel alive?

In my free time I love to be home with my family. In nice weather I like to work in my garden, or just snuggle up on the couch and read, sew, or maybe binge-watch something that makes me laugh.

What brought you to the studio in the first place? Tell us about your journey here.

I had my daughter, Posy, in January of 2022 and for my first Mother’s Day my husband got me a class pack to the studio because I had been a few times with friends and loved it. A few months later the studio was looking for help at the front desk and the rest is history.

Now let’s hear from Posy. Posy, do you have a pet and what is your favorite thing about them?

My cat’s name is Loki. He is solid white and so, so soft! My dog’s name is Milly and I love to give her hugs and kisses. And sometimes I like to sit on her like she is a couch!

And finally, Posy, where is your favorite place to travel?

I like to visit my Grammy and Gramps and JoJo in Texas and visit my Granny, PaPaw, and Nana in Kentucky.
