A Weekend of Transformation

We are limiting the program to only 14 spots to keep things intimate and personalized.

This all-inclusive experience is $1,750-$2,000 per person, depending on accommodation type.

A Stone’s Throw from Minneapolis

Our retreat will take place at Wild Rice Retreat Center in Bayfield, WI, right on the shores of Lake Superior. It’s about a four-hour drive from the Twin Cities with plenty of free on-site parking, maintained trails leading to Lake Superior’s brownstone cliffs, and a perfect winter backdrop to go inward.

Enjoy 5-Star Accommodations

Wild Rice Retreat Center offers the perfect backdrop for rest and renewal. You can choose between semi-private or shared sleeping accommodations, each featuring Scandinavian-inspired design elements with luxury finishes like soft linens, plush robes, beautiful natural light, epicurean teas, and forest views. Fly solo and enjoy solitude, or book a shared cabin with a loved one for some quality time together. See the FAQ below for details on room types.

Chef-made, Holistic Meals

Throughout the retreat, you’ll dine on nourishing meals made fresh daily on-site by a chef-run team that prioritizes local ingredients and whole foods. Each day you’ll enjoy a light breakfast, robust brunch, and wholesome dinner, all included in the cost of your retreat fee. The chef team is well versed in dietary restrictions and can easily accommodate food preferences and allergies.

All-inclusive Programming

Your daily itinerary includes thoughtful movement and yoga classes, meditation and reflection sessions, and breathwork guided by program leads Sonya and Erika. You’ll also have access to a variety of optional immersion classes, such as chakra tuning, group journaling, and more.

Sauna, Stroll, and Slow Down

Between sessions, warm up in the on-site cedar sauna, sit fireside with a cup of tea, or wander through the snowy woods and trails leading to Lake Superior’s brownstone cliffs. Every detail is intentionally designed to help you soften, slow down, and simply be. The retreat center has various spaces to relax and reflect, from the yoga room where most of our programming will take place, to shared areas like the dining room and crafting room, as well as the sweat lodge complete with a sauna and cold rain shower.

Meet your retreat guides,

Erika and Sonya.

Together, these beloved MÖV instructors will bring a beautiful balance of energy and ease to the MÖV Sanctuary experience. Their backgrounds in functional movement and a deep knowledge of mindfulness practices will invite you to slow down and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

At the retreat, you’ll experience their thoughtful approach to reflection and renewal, helping you build new tools and techniques for creating the feeling of sanctuary during your time together and long after the retreat ends.

Their goal for the retreat is to help guide you into stillness, discover deeper presence, find conscious connection, and uncover a renewed sense of your own capacity.
