Lindsay brings a warm, bright energy to her classes. She loves blending fun, dynamic sensations with meaningful dharma, creating an experience that is both physically engaging and thoughtfully grounded. With a passion for keeping each class fresh and interesting, Lindsay aims to help every student step off their mat feeling welcome, seen, and more deeply connected to their own body.

How did you find your way to yoga?

I’m a firm believer that you don’t find yoga, yoga finds you, which it did on January 1, 2004. I vividly remember stepping onto my mat for the first time and just feeling a sense of ‘home.’

What should we know about your background?

I have been teaching yoga since early 2015. I have taken two 200 YTTs and one 300 YTT, taught 1,000s of classes, and led 24 teacher trainings, as well as dozens of other trainings and workshops.

What else should we know about you?

I truly love yoga and try to be on my mat daily. I also adore hiking and camping and love any adventure, big or small. Additionally, watching my kids in their chosen sports makes my heart so happy. We also have two labs: Hazel and Ginger. They are super fun and total sweethearts who love to hike and go camping with us.
