Molly’s barre classes are a dynamic blend of strength, precision, and joy. Expect to be challenged from start to finish, with upbeat energy, thoughtful sequencing, and a focus on form that leaves you stronger, balanced, and inspired.

How did you find your way to yoga?

Molly’s yoga journey began more than 20 years ago when she moved away from Minnesota and sought out a community to ground and support her. Her mat quickly became a safe space—a place to return to her body and gather the lessons that continue to guide her daily life. With a lifelong background in ballet, stepping into barre felt like coming home, blending the discipline of dance with the grounding of yoga.

What should we know about your background?

Molly completed her yoga teacher training in 2011 and her barre training in 2012. She has been teaching ever since, bringing together her passion for ballet, yoga, and mindful movement. Beyond the studio, Molly has been a massage therapist for 25 years and is deeply fascinated by physiology, anatomy, and the incredible ways the body can heal and perform. She loves creating space for others to pursue wellness through multiple modalities—including crystals, oils, sound healing, and Reiki.

What else should we know about you?

For Molly, joy is found in time spent with family and friends—especially outdoors and surrounded by music. Travel is one of her great loves, with Bocas del Toro, Panama topping her list of favorite destinations. Whether teaching, practicing, or exploring new experiences, she finds fulfillment in connection and community.
