In Mollie’s classes, she encourages students to dig deep and go further in postures. She aims to have you push yourself in class, but to feel total relaxation at the end.

How did you find your way to yoga?

I still remember my first hot yoga class and the feeling of openness and calmness that followed. As many of us do, I fell in love with not only the physical movement of yoga, but the mental clarity and breathwork, as well.

What should we know about your background?

I was first introduced to yoga in college when I became certified as a group fitness instructor.  Later, I completed the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through CorePower Yoga in 2009. 

What do you do in your free time?

I enjoy traveling, pickleball, movies and soaking up nature.
